Spray Tanning and Boutique Makeup Appointments

 

At Image By Lisa, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient experience for all our clients. Our policies and appointment prep information are communicated via text and email with every interaction:

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that any cancellations for spray tanning and in-studio makeup appointments be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. For no-shows, the full service amount (100%) will be charged.

 

Spray Tanning Appointments

Appointments are a brief 15 minutes and booked back-to-back, with time for questions and checkout. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you have missed your appointment, will be considered a no-show, and will need to reschedule. Late arrivals disrupt the schedule and impact subsequent clients. If you anticipate being late, please text us at 850-518-6061, and we will do our best to accomodate you.

Appointments Made Outside of Operating Hours

Non-bridal in-studio makeup appointments can be accommodated for a $50 upcharge for Lisa Davis and $25 for all other staff members. This includes appointments made on:

  • Sundays

  • Weekday/weekend mornings before 8:00 am

  • Weekday/weekend afternoons after 5:00 pm

Travel Fees for Non-Bridal Makeup Services

Appointments can be scheduled off-site at a location other than the studio for an additional $100 within a 30 mile round trip radius.​

Bridal Makeup Policies

​

Minimum Party Size Requirement​

  • On-Site (at Venue) Makeup for Bridal Parties: A party minimum of 6, including bride, is required to book on-site bridal/non-bridal services. If there are less than the required head count in the party the day of, services for the minimum party requirement will still be charged. Groups that do not meet the head count can opt to pay the minimum in order to secure on-site services.

  • In-Studio Makeup for Individual Brides: Brides who do not have a bridal party and wish to get their makeup done on their wedding day are welcome to book in-studio at the Image By Lisa Boutique! Brides with a wedding date on a Monday-Friday can book their traditional makeup or airbrush makeup appointments on Square (https://imagebylisa.square.site/). If a Saturday or Sunday appointment is needed, reach out to Image By Lisa to confirm in-studio availability.

 

Late Arrivals

Punctuality for bridal makeup appointments, like all logistics of a wedding day timeline, is very important. Late arrivals can cause scheduling conflicts and delays with the predetermined wedding timeline and Image By Lisa’s other appointments.

 

Late arrivals will incur a fee of $25 each half hour past the dedicated arrival time.

Travel For Bridal Services

Should travel outside of the Tallahassee, FL area (15 miles/ 30 miles round-trip), the additional cost will be $100/per hour. Should Image By Lisa staff be traveling outside of the state of Florida, all costs for travel to a booked event are to be paid by the client.

 

Costs may include, but are not limited to: airfare, hotel, transportation, parking, per diem, service incidentals and all taxes. Should the venue change after the original signing of this contract, additional travel fees may apply. There will be no cost within a 15-mile radius of Tallahassee, FL.

Bridal Cancellations

​

Non-refundable Deposit: In the event the client cancels on Image By Lisa for ANY REASON, deposit will NOT be refunded.
 

4 Month+ Cancellation Lead Time:
Bridal services are in high demand and booked far in advance in order to accommodate wedding timelines. Brides wishing to cancel pre-booked bridal services must notify Image By Lisa in WRITING, such as through text or email, within 4 months or more of the contracted event date. Clients that cancel previously secured bridal services less than 4 months from the contracted event date will incur 50% of the required minimum, or $350. This may exclude certain circumstances, such as natural disaster or death, made at the discretion of Image By Lisa on a case by case basis.

Cancellations Made by Image By Lisa: In the event Image By Lisa is unable to perform and complete day-of services, with the exception of Force Major/ Weather Clause (see below), client agrees that the refund of 100% of the booking deposit is the only liability to the makeup artist and any and all of its owners, employees, and agents. The refund of 100% of booking deposit will be issued within (30) days of cancellation date.
